  1. The last five minutes. Net flow, active wallets, clusters and elite buys in one strip, then a brief that says what happened in a sentence.
  2. The ranked board. Movers first, then every trending token ranked by Radar score: volume, momentum and tracked wallets buying, minus risk.
  3. Smart money, live. Each tracked wallet trade streams down the side, marked as a buy, an exit, a cluster or a callout.

Make a noisy market readable in seconds. Crypto traders work across fragmented feeds, wallet data and narratives that change by the hour. I designed Blackroom Radar to pull those signals into one focused workspace.

Intelligence
Taught myself on-chain research and turned it into indicators a trader can act on.
Interface
Mapped the trader's decision flow, then designed the live dashboard from wireframe to production.
Go to market
Shaped the positioning, the offer and the feedback loop with the traders using it.

Turn training science into a plan an athlete can trust. Taper started with my own triathlon training. The data existed, but the daily decision was still unclear. I designed a product that makes the next workout, the weekly target and the road to race day feel obvious.

About

I'm Nick, a Bachelor of Commerce graduate in Business Technology Management, based in Toronto. I have been building online since high school, first learning to run a service business on my own, then moving deeper into product strategy, interface design and technology.

Blackroom Radar and Taper are the clearest picture of how I work. I find a problem I understand, learn the parts I don't, and keep moving between research, design and execution until the idea is useful. Off the laptop I train for triathlon, and I bring the same consistency to product work.
